Steak Fajita Marinade ala ~DKBB~

¼ c. olive oil
¼ c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. Mexican
oregano
1 tsp. smoke paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ to ½ tsp. cayenne
pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
¼ c. fresh chopped cilantro
Mix all ingredients
together well; place fajita meat (1 to 2 lbs.) in plastic Ziploc bag and pour
in marinade; refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
